Wine has been Pavlos’ field of exploration for more than four decades.
An oenologist shaped by vineyards across Greece and France, he co-founded Pieria Eratini in 2006 with the conviction that experience matters most when it leaves room for curiosity.
His work is guided by the character of the vineyard, respect for the variety, and the freedom to question established ways of making wine.

Fanny Argyropoulos
Wine has always been part of Fanny’s world, but never in isolation.
Shaped by studies, travel, gastronomy and years spent experiencing wine from different perspectives, she represents the second generation of Pieria Eratini.
Her approach brings together place, people and culture — translating the estate’s wines and ideas into stories that can be shared, understood and enjoyed.

Andreas Pantos
With a long career in Greek winemaking, Andreas Pantos brings a practical, intuitive understanding of vineyards, varieties and vinification to Pieria Eratini.
His experience spans different regions, always with the same focus: to understand what each place and grape can genuinely express.
At Pieria Eratini, this translates into wines shaped by experience and a willingness to explore beyond the expected.
